WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?

All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 business days. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEMS?

Most items should be received within 14-25 days of your order date. International orders shipped to Canada and other non-US countries might take longer. Domestic orders take 2-5 days to be delivered once shipped.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Although our main fulfillment warehouse is located in the US, we are located in other countries such as China.

WHY IS MY TRACKING NUMBER INVALID?

When shipping items internationally, it may take up to 5 days for the tracking numbers to show up as valid in the system. If you have further questions about your shipment, contact us and we'll help out. However, all shipments are guaranteed to be delivered, as long as you provided the correct address.

WHY DO I HAVE MORE THAN ONE TRACKING NUMBER?

For logistical reasons, some items in the same order will sometimes be sent in separate packages. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. However, we are doing our best to combine shipments; whenever that is possible, you'll see two or more of your items arriving in the same package. If you have any other questions, please reply to your order confirmation email and we will do our best to help you out.
